Today, we’re going to give examples on workouts almost anyone can get started with today, NO EXCUSES!
Getting started with exercise today can be simple and manageable, even if you’re new to it or short on time. Here’s some practical advice to kick things off right now:

Set a small, do-able goal for yourself

Aim for 15-20 minutes of daily activity, you don’t need to start off with a marathon!

It could be as simple as walking around your block twice or doing 15 minutes of stretching to get your blood flowing

Pick something you can do immediately

Walking: Simple and easy, lace up those shoes and walk briskly around the neighborhood

Bodyweight Moves: Squats, Push-up and situps are a great way to get the body in better shape! Try doing 10 reps of each exercise and repeat 2-3 times.

Stairs or Steps: Got stairs? Walk up and down 5-10 times at a steady pace

Make it Frictionless

T-shirt and Shorts: You don’t need fancy gear to start getting into shape today! Start with the basics and build a base while working into a more serious exercise regiment.

Home Workout: Use your living space, backyard or a nearby park; you can do these workouts exercises anywhere!

Turn The Music Up: Put on some upbeat music or your favorite tunes to keep you motivated while you exercise

Don’t overthink it! Set a timer for 15 minutes and get your body in motion!
